Shannon Tartt

Development Associate

Shannon Tartt has been a valuable part of the Huffman & Co. team since 2015. With more than 12 years of combined experience in the construction and development industry, she was a natural fit for the Development Associate position. She has assumed many roles during her years in construction such as
payroll, HR, recruiting & training, accounting, finance, marketing, project coordination and more. Prior to joining Huffman & Co., Shannon spent nearly a decade working with non-profit organizations and more than 5 years in other areas of the construction industry. She has been awarded several prestigious employee and impact awards over the years and continues to strive to complete tasks beyond expectations. Shannon attended college at Arkansas State University.
